WHAT INFORMATION

DO WE COLLECT?

a) Clients' Personal Information

DaVeenci may collect and store both contact information (personally identifiable information) and non-personally identifiable information about our clients. We collect this information to enhance your experience on our site and to improve the services we offer.

Specifically, we use your contact information for the following purposes:

  • Building retargeting audiences: We use your information to create targeted advertising groups which have shown interest in our services or products in the past.

  • Building look-alike audiences: We use your information to identify and target new potential clients who have similar characteristics and behaviors to our existing clients.

  • Conducting future campaigns on various platforms: We use the information to execute advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Reddit, Bing, and more.

Please note that we do not share our clients' personal information with any third party, and your data is exclusively used for the purposes outlined above.

In addition, DaVeenci reserves the right to access and/or disclose any information as required by courts or legal administrative agencies.

b) Automatic information “Cookies”

Cookies are small data files that are stored on your device when you visit certain websites, including ours. These files contain information about your interactions with the site, such as the pages you've visited or the settings you've chosen. Cookies help us to improve your experience by remembering your preferences, enabling us to tailor content that is more relevant to you.

At DaVeenci, the data collected by cookies is not linked to any personally identifiable information. Additionally, we may use other tracking technologies such as web beacons or pixel tags, which collect data in a similar way to cookies.

It's important to note that cookies can contain various types of information, including a unique user ID that the site uses to track your visits. However, at DaVeenci, this data is used solely for enhancing your experience on the website and not for personal identification.

You have the option to set your browser to refuse cookies. However, please be aware that doing so may affect the functionality and features of the website. Consult your browser’s documentation for instructions on how to manage cookies.

c) Collection and Use of Data through Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter APIs

DaVeenci collects data through the Meta API (formerly known as Facebook API), LinkedIn API, and Twitter API. Please note that the data collected through these APIs is non-personal and is used strictly for reporting purposes.

By using our application, you grant DaVeenci permission to access and utilize the data retrieved through the Meta API, LinkedIn API, and Twitter API. The use of this data is in compliance with the permissions you have agreed to provide.

The types of non-personal data we collect through these APIs include metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, etc., broken down by basic demographic, geographic, and time periods. This data is crucial for us to generate insightful reports that help in making data-driven decisions for your campaigns.

Upon collection, the data is stored in Google's BigQuery. We use BigQuery as a repository to consolidate information from different sources into a single place. This enables us to create comprehensive reports using Google Data Studio, which integrates seamlessly with BigQuery. This integration aids in efficiently accessing, analyzing, and visualizing data for better reporting purposes.

We are committed to handling this data responsibly and in accordance with the terms and policies of Meta, LinkedIn, and Google. Furthermore, DaVeenci ensures that the storage and processing of data in BigQuery are carried out securely and in compliance with best practices.

This expanded section outlines the process of collecting data through APIs, storing it in Google's BigQuery, and using it for reporting purposes via Google Data Studio. It also emphasizes the commitment to handle data responsibly and securely.

We have set a specific retention policy for client data. We will purge the data upon the request of our clients or within 12 months after discontinuing the services with our clients. This ensures that your data does not remain stored in our systems indefinitely and is deleted once it is no longer needed.
